• Solvie Pressure Washing provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services including (but not limited to) pressure washing, soft washing, driveway cleaning, and related services.

• Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and property condition.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.

• Final pricing may vary if the scope of work differs from the initial estimate. Any changes will be discussed with the customer prior to work being performed.

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payments

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Liability & Damages

• We take care to avoid damage; however, Solvie Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage due to pre-existing wear, improper installation, or failure of materials (e.g., old paint, loose siding, deteriorated concrete).

• Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Warranties & Guarantees

• We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours of service so we may address concerns.

• We do not guarantee results where staining, oxidation, or deep damage is beyond the scope of pressure washing.
